Hotel provides reports in doc and excel format to facilitate hotel management.

On the left side margin of the system’s initial screen there is a section called “Reports“. There, all the report options will be displayed.

Once in this menu, click on the “Appartments Report” option.

This report is used for each owner to know the income and balances according to the appartment they come from. Once the user applies the filters in the selection, he/she can obtain this data for a given period by checking the “Summary” button.

Once the desired report is obtained, you can print it or send it by e-mail, by clicking on the buttons located above the report, on the left side.
