Setting up users and permissions

Our PMS Mini Hotel allows all the people at the reception and hotel staff to access the system to perform their tasks in a comfortable way. In fact, each user can have specific permissions for their area.
To configure users and permissions, you must access the left menu, click on “Settings“, then “Setup Users” and go to the green “+Add user” button.

 

Once there, you can load the name of the user, his password and select the permissions.

 

The code and user name must be the same. It is recommended to leave the “Hide guest details” option unchecked. Once the permissions have been defined, click on “Save“, and that’s it, you have a new user created.
Remember that the functionalities and permissions can be edited or modified in an unlimited way.
