How many years of experience do you have as a host/hotelier?
I have 10 years of experience as a hotelier. But, in the last 7 years I’m managing my own business.
Why did you choose to work in hospitality?
Actually, that job chose me. But, I have also chosen to be in the hospitality in my own way.
What are the biggest challenges?
We don’t have too many apartments, but in managing small accommodation rental business you can see the improvements as you go and over time, everything gets more simple and easier.
What would you recomend to future hoteliers and our clients?
You should definitely have really good communication skills and you must love what you do. Hospitality must come from the heart. And also, you need good partners that will make your life easier.
