1) How many years of experience do you have as a host/hotelier?

I have more than 5 years of experience as a host. I started my rental business for Vila Mila since 2007. At the same time I worked in Hilton too.

 

2) Why did you choose to work in hospitality?

I love working with people. That’s very natural for me, to socialize with people I mean. When my guests are happy and satisfied, then I am happy too. That’s the beauty of this work. 😊

 

3) What are the biggest challenges?

My biggest challenge is organization. It’s not easy to manage a lot of diverse tasks on a daily basis. That’s why I decided to find my system assistant! And that’s when I have found Mini Hotel!

Moreover, it helps with time management, work flow and it’s really basic and simple to make reservations as well as to learn how to use other functions. 4) What would you recommend to future hoteliers and our clients?
