Kinaro for MiniHotel is an AI-powered operations and guest-experience layer for hotels using MiniHotel.

Kinaro connects MiniHotel data with the hotel’s operational knowledge, helping hotel teams and managers turn daily information — reservations, guests, notes, special requests, hotel policies, stay status and workflows — into real-time, actionable guidance.

In its first version, Kinaro focuses on key guest-operation workflows such as arrivals, check-in, in-house service, check-out, guest messaging, notes and shift handover. It surfaces the most relevant context for each guest, including open balances, special requests, previous preferences, follow-up items, service or upsell opportunities and recommended next actions.

Over time, the same AI layer can expand to support broader hotel operations, including manager briefs, task prioritization, policy-gap detection, service insights, shift execution tracking, staff consistency and context-aware action recommendations.

Kinaro does not replace MiniHotel. It adds an intelligent companion layer on top of MiniHotel, helping hotel teams understand what matters now and what to do next. Significant actions such as sending messages, adding notes, saving information or updating workflows are performed only after explicit user approval.
